“Everything that has happened to me has shaped me and made me a strong person”

Wisdom
Wisdom helps you to learn from the past, and make the future better. If you can learn from life's knocks and think accurately about the past... that's the most powerful superpower of all.
For Shaun Wright-Philips the crowds boo because they know how good he can be, not because they think he's doing badly. For Richard Bacon losing his job of a lifetime turned out to be a good thing, because he went on to do even better TV jobs. And for Lesley the boxer, losing her first fight was the best thing to happen to her. See how these people all take the best from a bad situation and use it to give them a big positive push into the future?
Taking the positive from a crappy situation, instead of focussing on the negatives will improve your life. So, for example if you lose a part-time job maybe it gives you more time to see your mates, and look for a better job? Tick. Getting angry and moping around blaming everyone else? Cross.
Life can get stuck on auto, and you might stop thinking about why you're doing things. When things get complicated its really important to stop and work out what is the best next step. Remember to take a bit of time outside of the soap opera to get some perspective.
People who can go through the hard times, take the knocks, see clearly what happened and then take the positive stuff and the lessons into the future with them, will be happier.
