Caggie Dunlop was terrified of singing in public, but then ended up doing it in the first episode of Made in Chelsea and is now pursuing a career as a singer/songwriter. Sometimes you have to face situations that scare you head on, in order to discover what you truly want from life.

Our comfort zone is defined by our own beliefs about what we think we are capable of – if we don’t challenge these beliefs they will limit our opportunities. When we embrace opportunities we feel more fulfilled. So sometimes - even if it's hard - it's good to step outside of our comfort zone and try new things.
